Do not use any cracked saw blades or such that have
changed their shape.
Only use well-sharpened saw blades.
Danger of cutting! Wear gloves when replacing the saw
blade.
Use only suitable saw blades.
Danger of burning! The saw blade is still hot shortly
after cutting.
Proceed as follows:
− Remove the safety guard

− Loosen the both screws and remove the table section.
− Loosen the saw blade by setting wrench 30 at the nut and
loosening it in the direction shown, countering with wrench

Wear safety gloves.
− Remove the hex nut and the saw blade flange.
− Pull the saw blade from the inner flange by tilting it slightly.
− Clean the flanges.
Fit the new saw blade in reverse order.
Note the direction in which the saw blade turns (see ar-
row on saw blade).
Finally, fit the safety guard again.
− Check whether the saw blade runs smoothly if turned by
hand.
Replacing a table section
Replace any worn or damaged table section without any
delay.
1. Loosen the screw and pull the protective cover (2) off the
blade guard.
2. Loosen the both screws and remove the table section.
3. Insert a new table section and fix it with screws.
4. Finally, fit the safety guard (10) again.

Remove mains plug before each transport.
Only transport the saw with the traction cradles locked in
the end position, the saw blade lowered and lowered guard
This way you prevent damage to the locking technique and
injuries caused by the saw blade
there are holding recesses (C) on both sides.
Pull out power plug
Store unused equipment in a dry, locked place out of the
reach of children.
Before a longer period of storage carry out the following to
extend the saw service life and ensure an easy operating:
− thoroughly clean the device
− treat all movable parts with an environmentally friendly oil
Never use any grease!
