Before using for the first time
Prior to initial use, clean it by going through several boiling cycles, using clean water with each cycle and
filling the kettle to its upper marking.
Note: the maximum capacity for boiling water is 1.7L, and the maximum capacity and minimum capacity
for brewing tea is 1L and 0.5L respectively. Ensure that the lid is firmly in place before plugging the power
outlet
Use of the device ( figure 2)
ON/OFF button
Press this button to start or stop working mode.
During working, the "DEPART DIFFERE" button, tea button and the "Durée button" are invalid.
Press the "
" button, the appliance will enter into keep warm mode. Press it again to exit.
To select the brewing time, press the Durée button.
Tea button
Type of tea and the corresponding temperatures:
Green: the temperature of water shall be 80°C +/- 5°C.
Black: the temperature of water shall be > 96°C.
White: the temperature of water shall be 85°C +/- 5°C.
Herbal: the temperature of water shall be > 96°C.
Oolong: the temperature of water shall be 90°C +/- 5°C.
Custom: the temperature of water shall be > 96°C, others are +/- 5°C .
"Durée" Button
It's used for selecting the strength of tea, and the corresponding brewing time for each tea strength is as
following.
