• Caution!
We recommend the use of the Power battery controller (expect for models which have it included in the supply)
(see table of accessories) to protect the batteries of cars that keep on feeding the coolbox with power even after the
engine has been turned off.
• Remark!
The SHIVER 40 model is equipped with a Battery Saver system and a display unit that measures the internal tem-
perature of the coolbox.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Warning!
Before cleaning the electrobox, disconnect the power cable from the mains socket or the cigarette lighter socket.
• Caution!
Never clean the appliance under running water.
• Do not use corrosive detergents or rough objects for cleaning purposes.
• Clean the coolbox inside and outside from time to time with a wet cloth.
• Protect the cooling lid from penetrating liquids, sand or dust.

PROBLEM

GUARANTEE
• The coolbox is under guarantee for 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing defects that do not depend on
improper use.
• If the product turns out to be defective, please address Gio'Style Consumer Service on website: www.giostyle.com, or
contact the nearest distributor (see list on the back cover of this handbook).
• The guarantee conditions only apply if the following documents are available:
- a copy of the invoice bearing the product purchase date.
- a sound reason for complaint or fault description.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The vehicle cigarette lighter does not
receive voltage.
The cigarette lighter socket fuse is blown.
The vehicle fuse is blown.
The cooling fan is broken.
The cooling fan is broken.
The built-in power feeder is faulty.
The AC power cable is faulty.
Ventilation slots are partly or thoroughly
obstructed.
The thermoelectric module is faulty
(Peltier).
The coolbox has been operating for a
long time, which causes the formation of
condensate.
ACTION
In many motor vehicles, switching on
the dashboard is required to operate the
cigarette lighter.
Replace the fuse (fi g.3) with another one
equal in type. Read the technical rating
printed on the fuse.
Replace the fuse according to the instruc-
tions provided by the vehicle user's manual.
