TROUBLESHOOTING
Never try to repair or dismantle the air conditioner yourself.
Problem
The air conditioner does
not function.
The air conditioner
seems to have little
cooling effect.
The air conditioner is
noisy.
The remote control does
not function.
Error codes
E1- Room temperature sensor error. Unplug the appliance and plug it back in. If error repeats, call for
service.
E2- Evaporator temperature sensor error. Unplug the appliance and plug it back in. If error repeats, call for
service.
E4- Display communication error. Unplug the appliance and plug it back in. If error repeats, call for service.

Possible Cause
No power supply.
"P1" is shown on the display.
The room temperature is lower than the
selected temperature.
In direct sunlight.
Windows or doors open, many people
or a heat source in the room.
Dirty filters.
Air inlet or air outlet blocked.
The room temperature is lower than the
selected temperature.
The appliance stands uneven.
Distance too great.
The remote control signal is not
detected by the control panel.
The batteries are drained.
Possible Solution
Connect to a functioning outlet
and switch on.
Empty the internal water tank.
Change temperature selection.
Close curtains.
Close doors and windows,
remove the heat sources, and
place an extra air conditioner.
Clean the filters.
Remove the blockage.
Change temperature selection.
Place the appliance on an even,
solid surface (less vibrations).
Make sure the remote control is
correctly aimed at the control
panel.
Replace the batteries.
