SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Only use this appliance for the purposes presented in this manual.
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the stand mixer corresponds to your electric system.
• Connect the appliance to a plug.
• Never immerse the appliance, the electric cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.
• Make sure that the electric cord is not hanging and keep it out of children's reach.
• The electric cord should not get in contact with hot surfaces or sharp objects such as a cooker, an oven
or knives.
• If the appliance, the electric cord or the plug are damaged, immediately stop using the appliance.
Have everything repaired in a certified service center.
• Do the same for all of the stand mixer parts and accessories.
• Don't make any modification or repair to the appliance yourself.
• Turn off and unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling or changing any accessory or part
of the appliance.
• Never leave the appliance unattended whilst it's operating.
• Turn off and unplug the appliance as soon as you are done using it.
• Only use one accessory at a time.
• Never leave the accessories you are not using in the bowl whilst it's operating. It may cause damage
to the appliance and its accessories.
• Do not introduce your fingers in the bowl whilst it's operating.
• Do not use this appliance for more than 5 minutes, leave it to rest for 10 minutes before using it again.
• Please make sure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds with that of your electrical outlet.
• Wash all parts with water. NEVER USE SOAP. You may use white vinegar if you wish.
• Before plugging your appliance in, make sure it is turned off.
• Depending on the ingredients, the bowl can prepare up to 2kg of dough.
