Installing and connecting
the changeover valve
The DuoComfort change-
over valve must be
installed so that the inlets are
fitted at least at the level of
the cylinder valve.

Installation above the cyl-
inder valves makes it more
difficult for gas in the liquid
phase to penetrate the change-
over valve, particularly while
driving.

If a limited amount of height
is available in the cylinder box,
we recommend attaching the
DuoComfort changeover valve to
the top of the cylinder box using
an elbow union for example
(part no. 50020-56000).

The M20 x 1.5 (G.13) male
thread connects the inlet side
of the DuoComfort changeover
valve to the high-pressure line.
A M20 x 1.5 (H.20) union nut
connects the outlet side to the
downstream gas pressure regu-
lation system.
