Stainless steel Windshield:
This helps to avoid a strong cooling down of the food on the grill. It also helps to
reduce grill fat drops on the table surface.
Stainless steel warming tray:
Grilles food can be placed on the grill to be kept warm.
Cleaning and maintainance:
∙ The device should be cleaned after each use
∙ Unplug the device
∙ The device should cool down a little. It can be cleaned easier when it is not that
hot.
∙ Never immerse the device in water!
∙ Strong dirt residues on the Ceran grilling Plate can be removed with the scraper.
Hold the scraper at an angle.
∙ Attention: The scraper is very sharp.
∙ Put the protection cover on the scraper after usage.
∙ Use a humid cloth with a little bit of detergent to clean it.
∙ Burned in residues can be sprayed with an oven cleaner and should stay on the top
for at least 1h. The solved residues can then be wiped away with a damp cloth.
