Each burner is controlled by a control knob. Each control
knob has a red bar to show its setting.
Once a burner is lit, the temperature can be set as required
by setting the control knob between HI / high temperature
and LO / low temperature.

switch on their LED background light. Push the button again
to switch of the light.
