If the appliance stops working properly, please refer to the troubleshooting table
shown below to see if you can resolve the problem yourself.
Only allow maintenance and repair work to be carried
out on the refrigerant circuit by a qualified technician
according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. If a
repair is required and for appropriate repair instruc-
tions, please contact our Service Centre or another
suitable specialist workshop. Components may only
be replaced with identical repair parts.

The room temperature
is too low / too high.
The room temperature
is lower than the set
cooling temperature.
The room temperature
is too low for dehumid-

Troubleshooting
Disconnect the mains plug
and then plug it in again.
Check the earthed mains
socket by connecting anoth-
er appliance.
The room temperature
should be between 5°C and
35°C.
Change the set temperature.
For dehumidification mode,
the room temperature must
be above 17°C.
