The device is not suitable for use in an explosive atmosphere!
Contact with the hot nozzles can cause serious burns. For the assembly or changing of nozzles, allow the
device to fully cool down or use a suitable tool. The nozzles must be securely and safely mounted on the
device.
Hot nozzles can ignite objects or the base of the device. Only place hot nozzles on a suitable surface.
Unsuitable or damaged nozzles can cause trapped electric welding hot air tool and damage the device. Only
use original equipment nozzles!
STARTING UP THE DEVICE
Check that there is no mechanical damage to the power cable and the power plug!
Check the mains voltage! The mains voltage must match the specifications on the information plate.

REPLACING THE NOZZLE

1. Press the ON/OFF switch
to start up the device.
The electric welding hot air tool features a delayed switching off function for
cooling down. Do not set the temperature button to '0' after work.
Directly switch off the device by pressing the switch and putting it into the
'OFF' position. Allow a period of 5 minutes for the device to cool down and the
ventilation to stop.
Do not think that the 'ON/OFF' switch is not working.
1. When the device has fully cooled down, use gloves, a Phillips screwdriver and
a spanner, in order to unscrew the tightening nut located on the lower part
of the nozzle.
2. In order to remove the
nozzle, hold the nozzle
with pliers and perform
a rotating movement to
loosen the lower part of
the nozzle.
2. Set the
potentiometer
to the desired
temperature.
3. Next, pull the
nozzle with
the pliers to
completely
remove it from its
housing.
