A lapse of concentration when using the device can cause serious injuries. Avoid unintentional starting up of
the device. Always check that the switch is in the 'OFF' position before starting up the device. If you are holding
the device while it is plugged into the mains, it is imperative that you keep your finger on the switch in the
OFF position in order to avoid any accidents. Look after your safety and the safety of others. Remain in a stable
position while using the device. By doing so, you will be able to better control the device in any unexpected
situations. Wear appropriate clothing and suitable personal protective equipment.
CAREFUL USE OF ELECTRIC TOOLS
Do not use an electric tool with a defective switch. An electric tool that can no longer be switched on or off is
dangerous and must be repaired.
Disconnect the power plug from the mains power socket before making any adjustments to the device, changing
accessories or storing the device. This precautionary measure prevents unintentional starting up of the device.
Maintain the device with care. Check that moving parts of the device are fully functioning and are not jammed, and
that no parts are broken or damaged, so as to ensure that the device' s operation is unimpeded. Have any damaged
parts repaired before starting up the device. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained electric tools.
Use the electric tool, accessories, add-on tools, etc. in accordance with these instructions and as required by
regulations for this type of device. Take into consideration the working conditions and the work to be carried
out. The use of electric tools for purposes other than the intended applications can lead to dangerous situations.
Switch off before cleaning! Use a mild cleaning product and a damp cloth. Never clean the electric welding hot
air tool using large quantities of water!
SERVICE
Have your device repaired only by qualified personnel and only using original spare parts, in order to guarantee
safe use of the device. The replacement of fuses and repairs must only be carried out by authorised personnel.

INTENDED PURPOSE
This hot air device is designed to be used for all hot air applications specified in this instruction manual,
conditional on observation of safety regulations and use of the accessories mentioned in these instructions.

• Activation and loosening of solvent-free adhesives and hot-melt adhesives;
• Industrial assembly work;
• All types of heating and drying processes;
• Activation and loosening of solvent-free adhesives and hot-melt adhesives;
• Shrinking and welding of packaging films and castings;
• Separation and fusing of synthetic yarns and fabrics;
• Sterilization of packaging materials;
• Removal of burrs from plastics injection-moulding machines and polishing of plastic surfaces.
