T he light chain is protected against splashes
of water (IP44) as long as the socket meets
the minimum protection standard.
Mounting the lampions
(see Fig. B)
Lay down the lanterns
(bigger openings) facing upwards (for model
A and C). For model B both side of lantern is
fine.
Insert the cordless end of the lantern stretcher
into the lampion's upper and lower open-

ing. While doing so place the the lantern
stretcher's two arms
of the lower opening. For model B place the
lower arms into the bottom eyelets of lantern.
Hold on to the lantern stretcher. Pull the
eyelets
upwards and hang them onto the

hangers

Use
Insert the plug on end of the light chain
the socket of the mains adapter
Turn the connecting cap
clockwise to fix the connection.
Insert the mains adapter
socket. Immediately after plugging in, the
LEDs light up permanently.
Please note that the power adapter continues
to draw a small amount of power even if the
product is turned off as long as the power
adapter is plugged into a power outlet. To
switch the product off completely, unplug the
power adapter from the socket.

The product glows permanently for 6 hours and
will be followed by a subsequent pause of 18
hours. Afterwards, the product will light up
again at its designated turn on time for 6 hours
followed by a subsequent pause of 18 hours.
To switch off the timer function, press the timer

again and the light of the timer

will be turned off. After switching off

the timer function, the LEDs light up again
permanently.
To switch the product off completely, unplug
the power adapter from the socket.
Cleaning and care

First pull the mains adapter out of the mains socket.

For reasons of electrical safety the product must
never be cleaned with water or other liquids or
immersed in water.
D o not use any solvents, petrol or similar items.
This would damage the product.
O nly a dry, lint-free cloth should be used for
cleaning.
A fter cleaning, plug the product back into the
socket.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable
materials, which you may dispose of at local
recycling facilities.
