Searing function
-
The searing function can quickly increase the temperature of the grill for a more browned
surface when cooking food, while locking water out of the food so that it is toasted on the
outside and tender on the inside.

The searing function is not applicable to defrosting. You can choose between six menus:
burger, sausage, fish, chicken, vegetables and steak. The searing icon will constantly
appear on the display.
When you wish to use the searing function, press the corresponding icon, and it will flash.

The searing icon will remain lit during the cooking process, indicating that the food is being
browned.

If you do not press the searing icon, the appliance will switch to the normal cooking
temperature.
Fan function
You can choose the smoke-free function by pressing the fan icon. To adjust the speed of the
fan, press the icon. Red means "high speed" and white means "low speed". Press the fan icon
once to operate from "high speed" to "low speed" and press it again to change the speed back
from "low speed" to "high speed".
