5. When the temperature probe jack plug is removed and its function is cancelled, the
appliance automatically returns to the steak menu, then the temperature of the top griddle
will be shown on the display.
The temperature functions when using the temperature probe are as follows:

Modes-Menus
MANUAL MODE (DIY)
1. Plug the appliance to a power supply. All indicator lights and icons will light up for 1 second,
then they will switch off. Next, the power indicator light will flash.
2. Press the power icon, its indicator light will light up.
3. When the display is available for navigation, turn the Time/temperature knob to enter the
Manual mode.
a. When turning the Time/temperature knob counterclockwise, three horizontal lines will
appear in the temperature display area and the top griddle symbol will flash. In the time
display area, three horizontal lines will be displayed and the bottom griddle symbol will
flash. The time display area will show 0 and the fan indicator light will remain on. When
turning the Time/temperature knob counterclockwise, "50 °C " is shown in the temperature
display area of the top griddle, and the top griddle symbol flashes.
b. Continue turning the Time/temperature knob clockwise to adjust the temperature of the
top griddle from 50 °C to 230 °C, and turn it counterclockwise to adjust the temperature
from 230 °C to 50 °C. When the temperature setting of the top griddle is completed, press
the knob, then the symbol of the bottom griddle will start flashing. Next, turn the Time/

temperature knob clockwise to adjust the temperature of the bottom griddle from 50 °C to
230 °C, and turn it counterclockwise to adjust it from 230 °C to 50 °C.

Once the temperature setting of the bottom griddle has been completed, press the knob
again, the time display area will flash. Turn the Time/temperature knob clockwise to adjust
the time from 10 seconds to 99 minutes. The setting process is from 0 to 50 seconds,
in 10-second intervals; and from 1 minute to 99 in 30–second intervals. Turn the Time/
temperature knob counterclockwise to set the time from 99 minutes to 10 seconds.
d. In manual mode (DIY), after setting the temperature of both the top and bottom griddles
and the time, press the Menu/Start knob. Then, the top and bottom griddles will start
operating at the same time, the fan will operate at high speed and the appliance will go
into a countdown. When the countdown finishes, the appliance will beep. Next, it will go
into standby mode. After setting the temperature of both griddles and the time, if you do
not press the Menu/Start knob, the appliance will start operating after 6 seconds. The
appliance can also start operating after setting the temperature of only one of the griddles
and the time. In manual mode (DIY), if you also need to set the temperature of the top and
bottom griddles or the time during the cooking process, turn the Time/temperature knob.
Press the knob once to set the temperature of the top griddle and press it again to set the
temperature of the bottom griddle. Then, wait 6 seconds for the settings to be saved.
Menus
1. In standby mode, turn the Menu/Start knob to select a menu. Turn the Menu/Start knob
to choose from the seven menus: defrost, burger, sausage, fish, chicken, vegetables, and
steak.
NOTE: if you choose a menu, press the Menu/Start knob so that the appliance starts operating;
then, the colon (:) that appears on the time, and the "Preheating" indicator light will start
flashing, indicating that the appliance has entered preheating mode. If you press the Menu/
Start knob, the appliance will automatically start operating after 1 minute. When preheating is
complete, the appliance will beep and, at the same time, the "Add food" (tick) indicator light will
appear and start flashing on the display for 8 seconds.
2. When the "Add food" (tick) indicator light appears, the countdown will start, after which the
appliance will stop operating.
3. In standby mode, when turning the Menu/Start knob clockwise, and selecting the burger
or steak menu, you will be able to choose four degrees of doneness: med. rare, medium,
med. well and well done.
NOTE: the appliance shall prepare the food in the default "med. rare" degree. If you select
"well done", press the Menu/Start knob to start preheating. Then, the colon (:) that appears on
the time, and the "Preheating" indicator light will start flashing, indicating that the appliance
has entered preheating mode. If you do not press the Menu/Start knob, the appliance will
automatically start operating after 1 minute. When preheating is complete, the appliance will
beep and, at the same time, the "Add food" (tick) indicator light will appear and start flashing
on the display for 8 seconds.
4. During operation, when pressing the power icon and the Menu/Start knob, the appliance
will beep. Once preheating and the cooking process have finished, the appliance will beep
three times.
