Please bear this information in mind so that
you can get the best out of your appliance.
¡ Before use, apply a small amount of
cooking oil to the top sides of the grill
plates.
¡ Use cooking oil with a high smoke point,
such as refined sunflower oil.
¡ Do not put any food on the grill plates
until the preset temperature has been
reached and the indicator light has gone
out.
¡ Take the food out of the refrigerator at
least 30 minutes before grilling and so
allow them to reach room temperature.
¡ Completely thaw and dry frozen foods
before grilling.
¡ Do not season meat and fish until after
grilling.
¡ Acrylamide is harmful to your health and
is produced when you cook cereal and
potato products at very high temperat-
ures. Do not grill the food to the point
where it is too dark; remove any burnt
residues.

The food is grilled evenly from the bottom
and top. The upper grill plate adjusts to the
thickness of the food.

Distribute the food across the two plates,
turning it over as needed.

Keep the food or pans and pots warm at
a low temperature setting.

Set the temperature controller to 1-3.
Tip: You can also keep food warm in the
gratin position.
