• Apply the tool to the nut or bolt and drive the nut or bolt by turning the wrench, until you feel
and/or hear the wrench click.
NOTE: Do not twist the tool beyond the preset torque, as this will apply an incorrect
torque and may damage your work piece
• When the torque wrench is not in use, keep torque-adjustment at its lowest position by
turning the handle anti-clockwise.
• Always store the torque-wrench in its blow-case at a dry place.
• Apply the tool at lower torque levels several times when you first use it, or when using it after
long periods of storage to allow the lubricant to cover the parts in the tool.
• Clean the wrench only by using a clean and dry cloth and do not dip the wrench into any
cleaning liquid.
• This tool's rugged construction is suitable for workshop use, but it is also a precision
instrument that needs to be treated as such.
• The user of the torque wrench has to make a regular conformity-test with the tool after 5000
load changes and/or a maximum period of 12 months according to DIN EN ISO 6789-1, item
5.3. If this requirement is not kept, the user must be aware that the function/accuracy is no
longer appropriate.

The warranty for this tool starts at the date of purchase. Please provide your purchase bill as
proof.
This warranty includes:
• repair of operational failures
• replacement of faulty parts
provided that the failure does not result of wrong handling.
