Intended use
The torque wrench is designed for controlled tightening of screws and bolts. Torque wrenches
are measuring / testing devices and as such they may not be used to loosen screw-
connections!
Read these operating instructions carefully in order to ensure safe use of the product. Keep
these operating instructions somewhere safe so you can consult them later. When passing the
tool on to third parties, these instructions must also be passed on.

Instructions for use
• Do not use the tool to loosen nuts or bolts. This will damage the ratchet mechanism.
• Take the torque wrench in one hand, so that the window with major-scale is visible.
• Pull the handle backwards in order to unlock the blocking. A marking will be visible between
the handle and the adjustment magnifier.(fig.2)
Adjust the required torque-setting by turning the handle.

Turn the handle until the red indicator-line in the window covers the 70 Nm-marking of the

major scale and the magnifier lens shows "0" at the same
Turn the handle clockwise, until the "6" is shown in the magnifier lens (fig.4) (1 marking

corresponds to 1 Nm)

The wrench is now set at 76 Nm torque
•
Push the handle in direction of the major scale, so that the marking between the magnifier
lens and the handle is covered by the same. This will prevent the torque wrench is re-set
during work..
• Install the proper socket or attachment to the 1/2"-square-drive of the torque-wrench.
