8.8. Automatic needle threader
The sewing machine has an automatic threader that makes threading the
upper thread easier.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Using a twin needle can damage the automatic threader.
Only use the automatic threader in conjunction with a normal needle.
If necessary, turn the handwheel to move the needle to the upper posi-
tion. Place the thread around the thread guide of the threading mecha-
nism ().
Carefully pull the lever () of the threader down as far as possible.
Turn the lever of the threader clockwise to the rear.
The threader hook A is automatically inserted into the needle eye.
Place the thread under the threader hook.
