9. Storing/transporting
When you are not using the appliance, switch off the mains power socket and
pull out the plug (8). Store the appliance in a dry, dust-free and frost-free envi-
ronment that is not exposed to direct sunlight.
Do not store the appliance within the reach of children.
To avoid damage during transport, we recommend that you use the original pa-
ckaging.
10. Troubleshooting
The product left our warehouse in perfect condition. If you do, however, discover a
problem, see if you can solve it by using the solutions offered in the following table.
If you do not succeed, contact our customer service department.

Possible cause
The mains plug (8) is not

Incomplete entry.
The fill level is too high.
The cooking tempera-
ture is too low.
The cooking time is too
short.
The pieces of food are
too close together.
The food is unsuitable
for cooking in the hot air
fryer.
The fryer pan (3) is too
full.
Troubleshooting
Only connect the appliance
to a properly installed power
socket.
Start the cooking process by
pressing the
button.
Fill the fryer pan (3) with small
pieces of food. Smaller pieces
cook more evenly.

Shake the fryer pan (3) to dis-
tribute the food evenly. Many
foods need to be shaken af-
ter half the cooking time has
elapsed.
Use oven-ready or light-
ly oiled snacks for crispier re-

MAX marking.
