12 Warranty & Liability.
Gologi warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to
products used for personal purposes and not for commercial or rental purposes.
Gologi will, at its option, replace or repair this product or any part of the product found
to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement takes place with a new or
refurbished product or part. If the product is no longer available, a replacement may
be made with a comparable product of equal or greater value, no refund will be issued.
This is your exclusive warranty. Your replacement device will be returned to you free of
charge and will be covered by this warranty for the remainder of the warranty period.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser from the date of initial purchase and is
not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty support.
This warranty does not cover:
negligent use or abuse of the product;
use with incorrect voltage or current;
water damage;
use contrary to the operating instructions;
disassembly, repair or modification by someone other than Gologi;
damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, lood, earthquake, war,
vandalism or theft;
overstroming, aardbeving, oorlog, vandalisme of diefstal;
incompatibility with other hardware/software not
defined as minimum system requirements;
defects or damage due to viruses or other software problems;
normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by non-compliance with this manual will void the warranty! We do not
accept any liability for consequential damage! We accept no liability for material
damage or personal injury caused by improper use or non-compliance with safety
instructions! In such cases, the warranty expires!
Gologi cannot be held liable for any lost data after, for example, deleting or resetting
the memory, resetting to factory settings or other causes as a result of lost data.
Gologi reserves the right to make changes to the manual, colors, specifications,
accessories, materials and models at any time, without notice or obligation.
