7. Cleaning, maintenance & storage
It is important to clean the device after each treatment.

Disconnect the device from the electricity supply.

To clean the device including the treatment surface (#6),
wipe with a clean, dry cloth and 70% alcohol. Never use
acetone or other abrasive fluids, because they will damage
your device.

Use a wipe to dry the device.

After cleaning, we recommend you store the device in its
original box.
8. Troubleshooting
Do not attempt to open or repair your Silk'n device. You may
expose yourself to dangerous electrical components or pulsed
light energy and cause serious harm to yourself. It will also void
your warranty. For unresolved problems or queries, please
contact customer service.
Problem
My device does not
start.
There is no light

Make sure the adapter is properly
connected to the device and that it is
