4.6 Safety functions
Temperature-controlled circuit breaker: If the unit overheats, the temperature-controlled circuit breaker
temporarily switches it off. To switch it on again, switch the fan heater off for 5 to 10 minutes to cool down.
Another reason for shutting down would be a blockage of the inlet and outlet openings. In
such a case, remove the corresponding objects.
5. Cleaning, maintenance, environment and disposal
5.1 Cleaning and maintenance
Warning! Always switch off the appliance before cleaning and let it cool down for about 30 minutes
before you start cleaning.
Warning! Do not use abrasive, corrosive or cleaning agents. Clean the housing with a damp cloth
(not wet), a hoover or a feather duster.
5.2 Environment and disposal
Please note! Please dispose of the unit only at an appropriate collection point. Please note!
Repairs to the unit may only be carried out by authorised specialists. Please contact the
manufacturer or dealer in this regard.
Warning! Improper repairs can pose a danger to the user and other persons.
