USING THE CLEANER
Start the cleaner by turning the selector switch "A" to pos. "I".
In this position, you can control the water temperature from
minimum to maximum, by using regulator "B".
!
Warning
The high pressure water jet generates a reaction force in the
lance. Keep a firm grip on the lance handle.
By placing switch "A" on pos. II "ECO", the temperature regulator
"B" sets the water temperature at a preset value of 60°C.
By placing switch "A" on pos. III "Chem", you activate the supply
of the detergent solution.
Use regulator "B" to control the water temperature up to a
maximum of 60°C.
SIGNALS AND FAULTS DISPLAYED
Display:
If swtich "A" is on pos I, pressure > 32bar, the display reads
"Max 100°C".
With a regulated pressure < 32bar, the display reads "120°C".
Displaying working hours:
By placing switch "A" on pos I and pressing key "+" one time,
you can view the lance opening, number followed by "#"
By pressing key "+" two times, the display shows working hours
using hot water.
By pressing key "+" three times, the display shows working
hours using cold water.
By pressing key "-" the display shows working hours using
hot water.
By pressing the key "ESC", you exit directly from the menu and
you go back to the preset temperature.
Displaying submenus:
Pressing key "OK" for more than 2 seconds displays 4 subme-
nus. To move forward and backward, press key "+" and "-"
respectively.
1) Lang: It allows you to choose the language in which the alarms
will be displayed. Pressing key "OK" will display the preset
language. Pressing key "+" and "-" allows you to select your
preferred language. Confirm language by pressing key "OK".
Press key "ESC" to go back to the main submenu.
2) Teco HP: It allows you to change the preset temperature
on the "ECO" function (Switch "A" in pos. II). By pressing key
"OK" it displays the temperature value. To change it, press key
English
"+" and "-". The value can be set in an interval between 20 and
100°C. Confirm by pressing key "OK".
Press key "ESC" to go back to the main submenu.
3) Qty Chem: It allows you to select the quantity of detergent
solution to use (switch "A" in pos. II". You can select 4 values
comprises between 0.1 and 0.4. The preset value is 0.2. Select
the preferred value by pressing key "+" and "-". Confirm by
pressing key "OK".
Press key "ESC" to go back to the main submenu.
4) Version: It allows you to view the version of the software of
the electrical bord, which has been installed.
View the version by pressing key "OK".
Press key "ESC" to go back to the main submenu.
By pressing key "ESC" once more, you go back to the preset
temperature.
Indicator lights:
Indicator light C): Power is on when the indicator light is on
steady (switch "A" in pos. I); when the indicator light is flashing,
the high pressure washer is in "TSI" status.
Led Lights pressure washer running, led in scoring when wai-
ting, led flashing in "TSI" status.
Indicator light D): Fuel level; the light on and related message
on the Display, indicates low fuel level.
Indicator light E): Faults signals: Identified faults are reported
on the display. See possible faults.
Indicator light F): Descaler level; the light on and related
message on the Display, indicates low level.
Indicator light G): Detergent solution level; the light on and
related message on the Display, indicates low level.
Indicator light H): Temperature Readiness; if this light turns-
on on the display, it means that the preset temperature has
been achieved.
If the preset temperature is not achieved within 4 minutes of
normal hot water functioning, the light flashes rapidly. Regulate
the regulating valve slightly to reduce the water flow. This will
allow the attainable of the prest temperature.
If the preset temperature lowers while using the hot water
function, the light flashes slowly until it reaches the desired
temperature.
HIGH PRESSURE WASHER SHUTDOWN - POSSI-
1) High pressure washer not used for more than 20 min., high
pressure washer in total stop mode (TSI).
This is signalled by indicator light C) and E) flashing and related
message on the Display.
2) Low fuel level: the burner shuts down and not hot water is
delivered.
The fault is signalled by indicator light D) on steady and related
message on the Display.
3) 200h programmed maintenance interval expired. The light
