Before contacting Wolf Factory Certified Service, use these
helpful tips to prevent the need for a service visit.
Coffee dispensed too slow.

Adjust the grind to coarser pre-ground coffee. Refer to
Grind Adjustment in the Use and Care Guide.
Infuser cannot be removed.

Touch the standby power button to reset the infuser
position.
Milk contains bubbles or little froth.
Use fully skimmed or semi-skimmed milk.

Adjust the froth setting.

Clean the milk container and lid.
