This chapter is geared exclusively towards authorised and qualified
specialist personnel who are capable of correctly completing all tasks
involving installation, assembly and disassembly.
•
Comply with operating manual.
•
Comply with safety instructions

NOTE – Tools, devices and materials
Special tools, equipment and materials may only be used by
specialists or instructed persons.
DANGER – Disassembly, electrocution
For disassembling purposes, completely switch off and
disconnect the control cabinet from the power supply to avoid
electric shock and burns.
•
Permanently disconnect the control cabinet from the
power grid.
Disassemble the control cabinet in compliance with the relevant
safety and occupational health and safety regulations.
Proceed as follows:
•
Disconnect the TQ robot control cabinet from the energy
supply (pull the power plug)
•
When removing individual components, consult the operating
instructions provided by the manufacturers as necessary
chapter 14.2, OEM documentation
•
The control cabinet has to be disassembled and fully
dismantled for disposal.
•
Recycle the components
