Then confirm the programming process by pressing the Menu button and program the other dosing pumps.
Select Pump-set:

You can always cancel the programming process by pressing the Esc button and return to the first programming level. Programmed
values are not stored in this case.
5. Calibration function for the individual pumps
Use the and buttons to access the calibration process for the individual dosing pumps.
Correct Pumps:

Use the and buttons to select the dosing pump to calibrate and confirm by pressing the Menu button.
P1 Correct Fluid:
100ml = 212
You start the pumping process by pressing the button and you terminate it by pressing the button again once the delivered the
delivered volume has reached 100 ml. Confirm the value by pressing the Menu button and then use the
and buttons to calibrate other pumps. Press the Esc button to return to the basic function of the dosing pump.
For example: 100 ml correspond to 212 rotations.
Note: The hoses need to be vented manually prior to each calibration process (if this has not been done already). Otherwise
there could be a difference of up to 20 ml of liquid, depending on the length of the hose.
6. Setting the filling levels
Press the arrow key to enter the filling level settings. The following display will appear:
P1 Capacity: Pumps

Use the and arrow keys to select pumps 1 - 4.
You can now press the Menu key to see the level of the selected solution and add to it if necessary. The following display will appear
during the initial programming process:
P1 Remain: 0000ml
ADD TO: 0000ml
You can now use the and arrow keys and the and arrow keys to program the levels of the individual solutions. Press the
Menu key to confirm the level in P1.
P1 Remain: 0000ml
ADD TO: 1000ml
Then use the and arrow keys to program the levels of the other solutions. After programming the level and pressing the Menu
key to confirm the setting, press the Esc key to return to the basic function.
Once the fill levels of the individual solutions have been set, a flashing red LED on the dosing pump will automatically indicate when a
solution has run out and needs to be refilled. The levels can be checked at any time in a simple routine monitoring process.
If the red LED flashes, press the arrow key to see which solution has run out and needs to be refilled.
P3 Remain: 0000ml
ADD TO: 1000ml
You can now use the and arrow keys and the and arrow keys to program the levels of the solutions which have been
refilled. Then press the Menu key to confirm the programmed setting and press the Esc key to return to the basic function. The
quantity programmed to be added daily (e.g. 10 ml) is added once in order to confirm the programmed setting.
