Dosing Pump
Thank you for purchasing the Dosing Pump P4 Smart. These operating instructions are part of the product. They include
important information on commissioning and operation. Keep these operating instructions for future reference.
Scope of supply: 4 channel dosing pump with integrated control, operating instructions, 12 V power supply
1. Installation
Connect the power supply unit to the Dosing Pump P4 and then the power supply unit to a mains socket. In the event of a power
supply failure, an internal memory of the dosing pump prevents the loss of data over a longer period of time.
2. Programming
The dosing pump is easy to program using the six keypad buttons next to the display. If no buttons are pressed within 60 seconds, the
device automatically switches back to the basic function.

The < symbol indicates which programming level you have currently selected. Use the  or  button to navigate between the
programming levels. Confirm Date & Time by pressing the Menu button.

You can now use the  and  buttons as well as the  and  buttons to set the current date.
After you have set the date, press the Menu button to access the programming level for the time.

You can now use the  and  buttons as well as the  and  buttons to set the current time. By pressing the Menu button you
confirm your programming and go back to the basic function.
3. Manual operation of the individual pumps
To check the function and to vent the hoses, the pumps can always be operated manually by simultaneously pressing the  and 
buttons.

By pressing the  and  buttons again you select the different pumps. Pressing and holding the Menu button will run the selected
pump for the length of time the Menu button is pressed. The lit LED next to the pump indicates that this pump is currently active. By
pressing the Esc button you go back to the basic function.
