Heating circuit distributor DN 25 of stainless steel – HVT/DE
Installation
1. Remove all set components from the package and inspect them for damage.
2. Use the distributor brackets to firmly mount HVT on a wall or a designated assembly.
3. Connect to existing building pipes.
4. Attach clamping rings to the heating pipes and tighten the connections.
5. Attach actuators by removing the blue protective caps and screwing the threaded actuators in place.

6. Wire the actuators.
7. Fill the heating circuit with water, then flush and vent according to the recognised rules of technical
practice.
8. Perform a leakage and water tightness test.

Application
The Memory volumetric flow meter is integrated into the hot leg heating circuit distributor bar and is used
to display, set up, or lock the volume flows of floor heating or cooling systems.
The open volumetric flow meter shows the water volume flow in litres per minute when the circulating
pump is running. The water volume can be decreased by turning the knob clockwise, while turning the
knob counter clockwise increases the water volume.
Locking permanently establishes the water volume setting with no risk of losing the setting.

1. Pull off the red sliding safety ring toward the top.
2. Turn the black union nut counter clockwise toward the top until reaching the stop.
3. Use the red cap to set the calculated flow in litres/min at the display.
4. Fully turn the black union nut clockwise until reaching the stop.
5. Attach the red sliding safety ring and push it down.
Close
6. By turning the red cap clockwise.
Open
7. By turning the red cap counter clockwise.
