Heating circuit distributor DN 25 of stainless
steel – HVT/DE
The heating circuit distributor with actuators is designed for the electrical control of surface heating
circuits. Operation for any other purpose is considered incorrect use.
Schlüter-BEKOTEC-THERM-HVT/DE is a heating
circuit distributor DN 25 of stainless steel with hot
leg A and cold leg B bars, outside diameter 35 mm.
The integrated and pre-assembled set includes:

Hot leg flow meter C with transparent scale for
regulating flow volumes, adjustable from 0.5 to
3.0 litres per minute.

y
Integrated thermometer, suitable for mounting
on either side
Thermostatic valves D, manually adjustable for

y
every heating circuit, to match the electrically
controlled Schlüter actuators.
y
y
One manual vent E, nickel plated brass for
supply and return flow.
y
y
Fill and drain valve F 1/2" (DN 15), rotatable,
nickel plated brass.
y
y
End plug 3/4" (DN 20), nickel plated brass.
y
y
Connection to the distribution system with flat
sealing union nut H 1" (DN 25).

Heating circuit outlets with spacing 50 mm, consisting of connector nozzle 3/4" (DN 20) AG with
matching cone for Schlüter clamp connections.

The carton also includes two distributor supports I with sound insulation insert to match the
Schlüter distribution cabinet and an additional wall mounting set.
A matching connector set with the necessary accessories for connecting the heating circuits and the
hot leg and cold leg bar to the pipes may be ordered separately and is available in all distributor sizes.
The connector set for each distributor contains 2 clamp connections, 2 angle clips and 2 heating pipe
brackets RH 17 and RH 75 (BTHV 2 AS - BTHV 12 AS only) for each heating circuit.
Please note that for the assembly of the Schlüter-BEKOTEC-THERM-PW placeholder set for retrofitting
the calorimeter, the connector set has to be assembled from individually purchased parts. In this case,
the ball valves are not necessary.
