g) NFC mode
NFC stands for "Near Field Communication". Please note NFC will only work
with this soundbar if your mobile device is equipped with NFC.
• Turn the soundbar on.
• Enable NFC on your mobile device.
• Place your mobile device on the NFC sensor area (5). Please see the
following figure. Your mobile device vibrates or a message appears on the
display. The soundbar switches automatically to Bluetooth
• Start audio playback on your mobile device.
• To disable NFC on the soundbar, remove your mobile device from the NFC
sensor area.
For data transfer via NFC, you may need to remove the cover/
protective cover of your mobile device to establish a strong enough connection.
11. Troubleshooting
Problem
The product does not work.
Remote control does not work.
Noise interference is heard.
No sound.

Possible cause/solution
Make sure that the mains adapter is correctly with the soundbar and the mains
cable is connected to the subwoofer.
Check to see if power is being supplied power to the mains outlets.
Range of the remote control exceeded.
There are objects located between the remote control and the soundbar that
interfere with the signal.
Remote control is not pointed at the soundbar.
Battery with incorrect polarity (+/-) inserted.
Battery is empty. Replace the battery.
The plugs of the connection cables are dirty. Clean the plugs with a dry cloth.
Make sure that the desired audio source is selected.
Make sure that mute is not activated and the volume is set high enough.
Make sure when using the digital inputs (OPTICAL or COAXIAL jacks) that
the sound format on the audio source is set to PCM.
Make sure the desired audio source is turned on.
