Connecting a Mouse
In addition to the PS/2 port there are USB ports and a serial mouse port (COM1) on the
rear side of the computer.
Depending on the type of mouse plug you can attach the mouse to the PS/2 port, to the
USB port or to the serial interface. It is recommended to connect the mouse directly or by
means of an adapter to the PS/2 socket with the mouse symbol.
In this way you can use the USB and serial ports for other peripheral equipment.

Connecting the Keyboard
The PS/2 socket for connecting the keyboard is located on the rear side of the device. Con-
nect the keyboard plug to the PC via the correspondingly marked socket. Always connect
plugs to the PC carefully and without forcing.
