SAFETY PRESCRIPTIONS

Only use the mixer-blender with 230 V AC
-
This appliance is only meant for household use and may not function more than a few minutes continuously.
Use the mixer-blender with the beaters or the kneeding hooks no more than 10 minutes continuously, and
with the mixing bar and blender end-piece no more than 3 minutes continuously. After use, let the motor cool
off at least 20 minutes.

NEVER expose the mixer-blender to temperatures higher than 60°C
NEVER touch moving parts of the mixer-blender while they are still moving. First switch off and unplug the
‐
mixer-blender. NEVER touch the knives of the mixing bar with your hands.
NEVER remove food from the blender end-piece when it is still functioning. First switch off the appliance
‐
and then remove the blender end-piece.

NEVER immerse the motor housing, the power supply cord or the plug in water or any other liquid. Only
clean the appliance with a damp cloth. If the appliance should still get wet, immediately pull out the plug.

NEVER clean the accessories when they are still attached to the mixer-blender.

This appliance may be used by children of min. 8 years old, by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge on condition they are supervised and instructed to
use the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children may not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 years
and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.

Immediately turn off the mixer-blender and pull out the plug:
o After use or when the appliance is not in use
o If the mixer-blender doesn't function properly
o Before cleaning the appliance

NEVER use accessories or parts from other brands.

NEVER pull the cord to get the plug out of the socket. NEVER use extension cords or sockets. Place the
appliance near a power point and connect it directly. NEVER place the power supply cord near heating
sources such as cookers, heatings or ovens

DO NOT use the appliance if the power supply cord or plug is damaged. In that case, return the appliance to
an authorized repair service.
Repairs may only be carried out by authorized experts or repair services.

Persons who have not read this user manual may not use this appliance.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Remove all packagings and stickers.

Before the first use we recommend to clean all component thoroughly (see 'Cleaning').

Ensure that the voltage marked on the appliance is the same as your main voltage. According to the safety
‐
law: only use earthed sockets.
USE OF THE MIXER-BLENDER
The mixer-blender has 5 different speed positions and a turbo button which you can use to achieve the maximum
speed at once. In the "0" position the mixer-blender is switched off.
To lock the beaters and the kneeding hooks into the appliance, you first need to put the one with the star-shaped
end-piece
into the star shaped opening
release, press the push button with number indication on top of the appliance, this releases the accessory at once.
This push button has an extra security: when the mixer-blender is in use, this button is blocked.
The mixing bar/blender end-piece is to be inserted into the therefore provided opening at the back of the
appliance by turning clockwise. If the mixing bar is not inserted properly, it could cause damage.
Only switch the mixer-blender on when the accessories are inserted into the food.
To use the mashing disk, first put the mashing disk on the edge of the beater with the star shape and then insert
the beater in the star shaped opening.
