Taking out of service

DANGER!
• Fire hazard. The appliance must be stored in a room free of naked flames, gas-
powered appliances or electric heaters.
CAUTION!
• Danger of entrapment. Store the appliance out of reach of unauthorised persons
and do not allow anyone unfamiliar with the appliance and these instructions to
use it.
1. Press the standby button to turn off the appliance.
2. Pull the power cable from the wall socket.
3. Wait for the appliance to cool down completely.
4. Clean the appliance. Follow the instructions in chapter 5. Cleaning and
maintenance.
5. Store the cleaned appliance in a dry, ventilated place, preferably packaged in
the original packaging. Make sure the appliance is on a level surface and do not
place heavy objects on top.
