Measuring voltage

Warning:
To avoid electrical shock, hazard or damage to
meter, do not attempt to measurement that
might exceed 1000 VDC or AC RMS. Do not apply
more then 1000 VDC or AC RMS between the
common input terminal and earth ground.
Note:
If the measured voltage is greater than 30 VDC or
AC RMS, the display will show the ' ' symbol.
