Q. The collar keeps going off or it is easily activated even if my
dog shakes his head
A: The sensitivity level is too high. Lower it by pressing the "S" button

Q. My dog barks, but the collar is not activated
A: The battery of the collar could possibly be empty, please charge
the battery of the collar.
A: You may need to increase the sensitivity level by pressing the "S"
button.
A: The collar could possibly be too wide for your dog's neck.
Strengthen the collar so that no more than one finger fits between
it.
Q. Is the collar waterproof?
A: It is water-resistant, making it suitable for walks on a rainy day.
However, make sure you seal the charging port properly and make
sure to keep it dry after it comes into contact with moisture.
Q. Can I charge this product with any type of charger?
A:No, we recommend using a charging adapter suitable for
5V/500-1000 mA because a charging adapter suitable for 9V or
12V may damage your device.
