Workbench
Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You
have chosen a high quality product. Familiarise yourself with the
product before using it for the first time. In addition, please care-
fully refer to the operating instructions and the safety advice below. Only use
the product as instructed and only for the indicated field of application. Keep
these instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product on to anyone else,
please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
The workbench can be used for clamping workpieces and objects to be worked
on, e.g. for sawing, sanding, polishing, painting, cleaning or holding together
bonding parts. It is intended for do-it-yourself jobs in a domestic setting. Any
other use is considered improper, and that also includes disregarding these
operating instructions. The workbench is not intended for commercial purposes.

Instructions for use
Safety notes
Check the product after it has been delivered and before first use to ascertain
the condition and functionality of all parts. Never use the product if it is damaged.
Otherwise, there is the risk of injury. Never use a damaged product.
Observe the following safety notes in order to avoid injuries and damage to
property:
ACCIDENTS FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN! Never
leave children unsupervised with the packaging material. There
is a danger of suffocation. Keep this product out of the reach of children.
This product is not a toy.
Always keep children away from the product. Children frequently under-
estimate the dangers. Store the product in a dry, enclosed room, inacces-
sible to children.
Check that all screw connections are correctly positioned before each use.
Check that all moving parts are moving smoothly.
Do not use the workbench as seating or as a step, standing aid, or ladder.
Do not use the workbench to erect scaffolding.
Do not exceed the maximum permissible load of 150 kg when weight is
distributed evenly.
Where possible, position the laid out and clamped objects in the centre
of the worktop.
Long workpieces require additional support at the protruding ends.
Only set up the workbench on a firm, level surface, so that all four legs are
in contact with the ground. Level out any slight irregularities with balancing
blocks.
When working, fix the workpieces securely using the clamping device.
Only exert pressure on the worktop or the workpiece in a vertical direction.
When under diagonal or lateral pressure, the workbench will tip over.
Do not step on the struts to stabilise the workbench.
Keep the workbench out of reach of children. Only allow children to work
on the workbench when supervised.
Store the workbench in a dry location.
Do not expose the workbench to rain.
Be aware of the remaining risks
Even when the product is used properly, there are still some remaining
risks that are unavoidable. These are:
· Body parts being pinched by moving parts.
· The workpiece being damaged due to being clamped too tightly.
Assembly
Note: The workbench is assembled upside down, and only then stood up
on its legs.

Twist off the nut so that you can then install the mounting bracket
a 13 mm socket to do this. Tighten the nut just enough so that the mounting
bracket
can still move slightly (see Fig. B).
