Pull the mop pads off the cleaning feet (8) and clean them. Note the washing label
when you do this! Please Note: Wash separately or with the same colours. Do not
use fabric softener.
•
Charge up the battery after each use (see the "Charging Up the Battery" chapter).
•
Store the device and the accessories in a dry place that is protected from sunlight and
is not accessible to children and animals.
Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps listed, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!
Problem
The battery is not
charging up. The
battery status
display (9) does not
light up when the
device is connected
to the mains power.
The device cannot
be started.
The device is not
working properly.

Possible cause
The mains adapter is not
inserted correctly in the plug
socket.
The barrel connector is not
plugged in the charging sock-
et (10) of the device correctly.
The plug socket is defective.
There is no mains voltage.
The battery of the device is
too weak.
The battery in the handle (2) is
too weak.
The fl oor is unsuitable for the
device.
Fix
Correct the fi t of the mains
adapter.
Correct the connection
between the charging socket
and barrel connector.
Try another plug socket.
Check the fuse of the electrical
distributor (fuse box).
Charge up the battery.
Replace the battery.
The device only works on
smooth fl oors such as par-
quet, laminate, tiles etc.
