Malfunction

The appliance makes a loud
squeaking sound when turned on.
Errors only disappear after the problem has been remedied and/or the appliance has
been disconnected from power supply for at least 5 seconds.

Possible cause & solution
Check if the appliance is connected to power.
Check if the power cord of plug is damaged.
Check again if the appliance is turned on and the displays
are active. Press
for 5 seconds.
An alarm will sound and the appliance turns off because
the water level dropped below the MIN marking.
Disconnect the appliance from power supply, add water
reconnect the appliance to power and turn it back on.
The heating element became too hot. An alarm will sound
and the appliance turns of. Allow the machine to cool
down, add water and turn the machine back on. If this
error persists the temperature sensor may be damaged
and needs to be repaired or replaced. Contact your seller
or the manufacturer.
The primary digital thermostat is damaged. Contact your
seller or the manufacturer.
The secondary digital thermostat is damaged. Contact your
seller or the manufacturer.
Press
twice shortly to start the timer. The timer will
start counting up to the set value to show how long the
process has been running.
The appliance wasn't cleaned / descaled and stored for a
longer period. Scaling in the water pump causes high
friction. This should disappear on its own within 15
minutes of running. If the sound persists the water pump
may be damaged and may have to be repaired or replaced.
