MIN & MAX WATER LEVEL
On the side of the machine that is placed in the water are MIN and MAX water level markings. It is
important that the water level is always kept between these markings during the sous-vide process.
A sensor will detect when the water level is below MIN or above MAX in which case the appliance
will turn off to prevent overheating and damage.
Please take into account that the water level will:
➢ Rise when you place products in the water after filling. Never fill to the MAX marking.
➢ Fall because of evaporation (unless you use sous-vide insulation balls) or when removing
products from the water.
