OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The picture below explains the (touch) buttons and displays of the control panel.

1. Fill the reservoir with water between the MIN and MAX markings on the appliance.
The water level will rise further after filling with water when you place the (vacuum)
packaged products in the reservoir. This may cause the water level to rise above the
MAX marking and the machine will not start or turn itself off.
Warm water evaporates quickly, which may cause the water level to drop below the
MIN marking and cause the machine to automatically turn itself off to prevent
overheating and damage. You can largely prevent evaporation by using sous-vide
insulation balls.
2. Turn on the appliance by pressing and holding

You will hear a short beep and the value of the top display (SET) starts blinking.

. The first number (0) in the bottom display (TIMER) starts blinking. This is the
number of hours you want to set.

again. The second number (00) in the bottom display (TIMER) start blinking. This is
the number of minutes you want to set.
