Comments
• Never connect multiple WiFi heaters in series!
• Make sure the Wi-Fi networks are 2.4Ghz only during installation.
• The Wi-Fi authorization method must be set as WPA2-PSK and the encryption type as
AES or both set to AUTO.
• Wireless router cannot be set as 802.11N.
• If there are any problems, reset the Wi-Fi heater and set it up from scratch!
• For Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa; if these cannot be found, try disabling the
FlinQ feature or the Home Skills app (for Alexa).
• If you need to completely RESET the Smart Panel heater, follow the RESET
instructions in the FlinQ app or the FAQ.
• Do not open the Smart Heater yourself.
• This Smart Heater is not waterproof! Indoor use only.
• This Smart Heater is not a toy, keep away from children!
• Do not exceed the total power capacity of the smart heater with the devices /
appliances used!
• Do not use this Smart heater with extension cables.
• Do not use with appliances that could cause fire if left unattended (such as irons,
etc.).
• This Smart Heater does not have a secure connection via Wi-Fi.
• Any other use as intended for this Smart Heater will not be validated for any
warranty or liability.
• This Smart Heater is only used for private use.
Noise when in use
The device will beep for each control setting.
Tip-over protection
• If the heater tips over during use, the heater will automatically switch off.
• If the device is tilted, it cannot be turned on via the FlinQ app or via a smart speaker.
• To reset the device, place it upright on a stable surface and the heater will
automatically turn on and reconnect to Wi-Fi if previously set up. In about 2 minutes
the device will be ready to be operated again via the app or smart speaker.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Under no circumstances use aggressive or corrosive cleaning agents. Otherwise the
product may be damaged.
• Clean the frame and air slots with a slightly damp cloth.
• Clean the ventilation openings regularly and thoroughly (e.g. with a vacuum cleaner)
so that dust cannot accumulate.
• Clean the glass plate with a damp cloth and, if necessary, with a glass cleaner; never
use scouring pads / steel wool to clean the stove!
Disposal information
If you wish to dispose of this item, please do not dispose of it with household waste.
Used electrical and electronic equipment and batteries must be made available for
separate collection. Private households can return their used electrical and electronic
equipment free of charge to appropriate collection points. Identify where your local
collection points are and return the product there. (Settings are usually available from
your local municipal waste disposal site. Your electronics store or your local authority
can arrange separate collection from households.) By disposing of this product
correctly you will be helping the environment.
