reliable. Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
The following contains descriptions for the removal of possible interferences.
Always observe the safety information.
No sound is audible:
• A device of the playback chain is not activated (e.g. CD player).
• The wrong input has been chosen at the receiver or the cables are connected incorrectly.
• The receiver volume is set to a minimum.
• Muting is activated at the receiver (mute).
• The button „EQUALIZER" on the receiver (M) or the IR remote control (3) has been pushed to use an
external equalizer. However, it is not connected or not switched on.
• Headphones are connected (the speakers are switched off here).
One channel does not work:
• A cinch cable has come loose from the receiver or the connected device or the cable is defective.
• A speaker cable has come loose at the receiver or speaker.
MP3 files from the USB data carrier are not played:
• The MP3 file does not correspond to the standard.
• The bit rate of the MP3 file is too high or too low.
• The file name of the MP3 file cannot be read (special characters).
• The USB data carrier is not in FAT32 format.

hard disc with its own power supply (mains unit).
The receiver does not react to pushing buttons (neither at the device nor through the remote control):
• Switch off the receiver via the on/off switch and switch it on again after a few seconds.
The remote control does not work:
• The batteries are flat. Replace them with new ones.
• The batteries are inserted incorrectly.
• Point the front of the IR remote control with the integrated LED at the IR receiver on the front of the
receiver.
• The range of the IR remote control is up to 8 m.
