Low air regulation

The low air regulation has a limited 5-year warranty. If it breaks within the guarantee period, you
will be entitled to a replacement.
Wheels

If the wheels (with or without brake) should no longer function properly within a period of 5
years, you are entitled to replacement.
What is not covered by the warranty
When the Kamado is used for commercial purposes (restaurant, caterer, etc.), the warranty
becomes invalid.
Warranty rights do not apply if modifications are made to the Kamado.
If repairs are carried out using non-original parts, this is also not covered by the warranty.
Warranty period
The warranty period starts from the time of purchase. It only applies to the first purchaser of
the appliance and if you have purchased the Kamado from an authorised dealer. The date of the
purchase invoice is the starting date of the warranty.
• Incorrect assembly (such as drilling holes or assembling the unit yourself) may be added as
not covered by the warranty.
• Wear and tear may be mentioned.
• Hairline cracks in the glaze may be described as not under guarantee. Due to the expansion
and contraction of ceramic parts during heat cycles, hairline cracks, crazing or superficial
cracks may occur.
• In case of warranty support, contact the authorised dealer from whom the product was
purchased.
• Proof of purchase is required when claiming under the guarantee.
• Please note that the guarantee is not transferable.
