skin. However, it is advisable to consult your doctor about the use of light
therapy lamp in combination with the above medicines.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF DAY TO USE MY PRODUCT
•
Studies have shown that SAD suffers respond best to treatment in the
morning, and that using a therapy light too late in the day can disturb
sleep patterns.
•
Morning application is recommended, while morning application is more
positive than other time points.
