The high pressure hose must be coupled turnable to the spray gun. Mount
(tighten) also the spray lance to the spray gun. Because of that you have a great
extend of free movement during spraying. The high pressure spray gun has
been carried out with a grey handle.
• Not spraying: release the lever in the handle.
• Spraying: pressing the lever in the handle.
• Spray security: slap the block system out in the lever.
The machine is standard provided with a single lance.
Check during spraying activities regularly if the lance
coupling is fixed tightly on the spray gun.
At use of reel(s) (optionally): always unroll the reel hose(s) completely during
spraying activities to ensure an optimal performance!
Please note for possible risk of heat to the high pressure coupling of
the reel(s) at use of the burner..

With the mixing tap it is possible to set exactly the concentration of added
(chemical) products:
• For the product on the right side (IN1) = use of (chemical) products outside the
machine. Turn to the right (max. till 10) to increase, back to left to decrease the
product (scale: 0-10).
• For the product on the left side (IN1)= use of (chemical) products from the tank
in the machine. Turn to the left (max. till pos. 10) to increase, back to the right
to decrease the product (scale: 0-10).
The mixer tap is carried out with two calibrations, there's thus a choice to use
two products. Pay attention: you can suck only one product, not both. The
mixing tap works only well if the suction hose has been hung sufficiently
under the fluid level in the tank. The cleaner is provided with an injector to add
products to the water. When the spray activities are finished:
• The injector need to suck pure water for a while to rinse the system sufficiently.
• Put the mixing tap on position 0 to prevent a back flow of product to the water
tank.

Fill the softener tank with softener liquid by loosening the softener cap at the
back of the serving panel. The softening pump takes care for the dosage of the
softener liquid to the water supply conduit. The tank has a capacity of 1 litre. Pay
attention: during the filling, the maximum filling value of the tank may not be
exceeded (see "Technical data" on page 29 ). The softener pump is also
equipped with a level protection (run dry protection). If the softener pump will
be filled (above run dry level), the softener pump will dose the product inside
the float tank (water supply) as long as the fuel valve is active (burner on). If
the fuel valve is inactive (burner stops), the softener pump also stops working.
When the level in the softener tank decreases below the run dry level, the
softener pump will stop dosing.

The fuel tank can be filled with by loosen the fuel cap at the back side of the
serving panel. The tank is provided of an air releasing, suction conduit and an
return conduit on the top. The tank has a capacity of 50 litres.
Pay attention: during the filling, the maximum filling value of the
tank may not be exceeded (see "Technical data" on page 29 ).
