IV. TuyaSmart APP
1. Download the app
Download the Tuya app from your Appstore or Google Play store.
2. Registration
1. Click on create new account to open the registration page.
2. The system will automatically determine the current country/region. You can also
country/region manually select the mobile phone or the Enter email address and click Next.
3. If you enter the mobile number, enter the verification code received by the mobile phone,
enter the password and click OK to register.
4. If you enter the email address, enter the password on the page and click OK to register.
3. Log in/Retrieval password
Account + password login
If you have already registered your APP account, click on Login with existing account to open the login
page.
1. The system automatically assesses the current country/region, or you can select a
country/region manually.
2. Enter your registered mobile number or email address, enter your password and log in to the
system.
4. Mobile number + verification code login
1. Click on Login verification code to open the new page.
2. The system automatically assesses the current country/region, or you can manually select a
country/region.
3. Enter the mobile number and click on the Get button to retrieve the verification code. Enter
the verification code and click on the verify and log in button to log in to the system.
5. Forgot password
When your password from the password APP are, you can reset the password.
1. Click on forgot password.
