Garantievoorwaarden
Vadac NL guarantees the Satenne antenna, the related components and accessories for a period of
24 months (2 years), after the date of purchase/ installation, proved by the sale document (invoice or
receipt), released by the seller, which contains the name of the dealer, the date on which the purchase
occurred and the minimum information for a quick identification of the product that was sold.
A failure to send an enclosed sale document, indisputably authorises Vadac NL to define the starting
date of the warranty period by themselves, normally corresponding to the production date of the
antenna system, recorded at Vadac NL.
The identification bar-code labels, sticked on the system and the related components must always
been readable, otherwise it will invalidated the warranty.
The guarantee covers reasonable use of the product, it does NOT cover any damage caused by
misuse.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
• A malfunction or failure of the system that has been caused by poor or incorrect installation.
• Any wear or faults caused by improper assembly or use not in accordance with recommended
guidelines.
• Any damage caused by exceptional weather conditions (storms, hail, snow, storms, floods, etc.).
• Any act of vandalism, collision, falling objects or anything else.
• Any damage caused by the user's fault.
Vadac NL does not retain any liability for possible direct or indirect damage to objects or people,
caused by failing to follow all of the instructions and precautions included in the manual.
