Voltage error
The control unit is not receiving sufficient power
supply voltage (battery voltage under minimum
value) for the correct functioning of the system.
• Check that the primary power supply voltage
is compliant with the specifications and that
all equipment (TV, STB and CU) are physically
connected to the same power line sharing the
same ground line (GROUND).
LNB power error
A malfunction occurred in the LNB so that it creat-
ed an anomalous power absorption.
• Remove the power supply and disconnect the
coaxial cable from the outdoor unit. Replace the
power supply and verify that the error message
disappears (LEDs off ).
With this condition:
• Check with a tester that the absorption of LNB
that meets the specifications.
• Check that the F connectors are properly fitted
to the cable making sure that the ground braid
wires are not touching the centre wire.
• Reconnect the coaxial cable coming from the
outdoor unit to the control unit (CU).
