b. Avoid excessive water contact with moving parts, such as axles and hinge
points.
c. The handles of the rollator, the handle of the transport chair package and
the armrests may not be disinfected with an alcohol-based disinfectant.
This will damage the material. Clean these parts with warm soapy water.
d. The wheels can be cleaned using lukewarm water and a brush with plastic
bristles. Do not use a wire brush because it can damage your Rollz Motion.
e. Before passing the Rollz Motion on to a new user, it must be disinfected.
NOTE
Do not use alcohol-based disinfectant.
Washing the seat cover
The cover of the seat cushion is washable; always remove the inner cushion
before washing.
a. Pull the Velcro on the cover of the cushion off from the seat (Figure 55).
b. Unzip the cover and remove the inner cushion.
c. The cover is now ready for washing in the washing machine at a maximum
temperature of 30 °C or 86 °F.
d. Simply dry the cover in the air, not in the dryer.
e. Put the inner cushion back in the cover and zip up the seat.
f. Place the cushion back on the seat.
NOTE
Never bleach or dry-clean
the cover and do not iron it.
