Uw Gigaset-toestel bevat onder andere Open Source Software, waarvoor bepaalde licentievoorwaarden
gelden. De verlening van de gebruiksrechten met betrekking tot de Open Source Software, die niet onder het
gebruik van het toestel in de door Gigaset Communications GmbH aangegeven wijze vallen, zijn in de betref-
fende licentievoorwaarden van de Open Source Software vastgelegd. De betreffende licentievoorwaarden
bevinden zich in originele vorm hieronder.
De respectieve licentieteksten bevatten regelmatig beperkingen van aansprakelijkheid met betrekking tot de
relevante licentiegever van Open Source Software. De uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid voor de LGPL versie
2.1, bijvoorbeeld, luidt als volgt:
„This library is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even
the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the GNU Lesser
General Public License for more details."
